My Wacom Intuos 6 x 11 pad came today. Complete with five button mouse and two button pen. 3 style of interchangeble nib (with 3 backup nibs), and a glorius 10 progamable button pad to boot.

I just have to say this........WOOT!!! L33T H4X0R! R0CK0N!!!


Ahem....Anyways, before I sign off, figured I'd post the first decent drawing I've made with the pad thus far (last 2 hours have been set up and goofing around). Just a quick frame drawing of Rock "Fuzzy Brows" Lee with an incoming kunai dagger. I'll edit it some more later. Right now it's dinna time.

Here's two sketch ideas that popped into my head. The one with the guy wearing the "BAM" t'shirt is a possible co-lab piece idea for another guy's strip. Just needs some more work before I can send it off. Enjoy the doodles. (sorry about how rough the kick one is :)

Okay, here's some more on the mab plot idea. I took some time to edit and color these two sketches, and I really like the way they turned out. I think I'm continuing to get a better feel for photoshop. A buddy took a look at my comic and suggested that I spend more time with Illustrator for a smoother feel. I'm still pretty clumsy with Ill. though. After I get my projects and essay done with this week, I'll make sure to invest some time there. Well, enough with the talking....here's da pics. Laters.

Alright...finally got some free time on my hands, and am back in business. Lately I've been doing a lot of sketching for Marv and Boop, and thinking really hard about possible plot lines. The sketch I'm uploading tonight is one such possible idea, where one of the characters gets drunk and starts fighting people at random. It hasn't been enhanced, outlined, or photoshopped yet, so it's still pretty rough. I'll try and remember to load some more this weekend. Till then...Laters.
